As part of the technical assistance to small and medium rural entrepreneurs  AGIL Foundation, provides training and audit services. 

It consists in providing technical assistance for the production under the Good Agricultural Practices (BPA's), Good Practices of Manufacture (BPM's) and Good Enterprise Practices (BPE's), to ensure the quality of the fruit and vegetable production, as well as the certification under the new GLOBALG.A.P. norm promoting the culture of equitable commerce.
 
  • Technical Assistance BPAS:  Good Agricultural Practices (BPA's) are the group of rules, methods, procedures and control that must be implemented in the production, harvest, storing, processing and transportation of agricultural products, oriented to three objectives: assure the harmlessness of the products, enviroment protection as well the well-being and security of the farmers.
     
    One of the accomplishments of AGIL FOUNDATION regarding the BPA trainings held at national level was the implementation of a recognized security system, groups were lead to fullfill with all the requirements  demanded by EUREG.A.P. protocol and now GLOBALG.A.P., afterwards all the training modules were completed and the certifier agency LATU SISTEMAS + QUALITY AUSTRIA, who after  aknowleging  that all norms were met certified the groups as oficial, as measure and security  recognized worldwide.

 

   
 
  • Technical Assitance BPES: Are used to improve the administrative and financial efficiency of micro entrepreneurs and organizations based in the law and applicable norms for social and entreprenural competitivity.

The purpouse of the Good Management Practices implementation is to form abilities in micro managers, directors, personal administrative and technical rural organizations and mircro managers, using tools that facilitate the economic-social processes.

It begins with an induction process en witch the groups are familiarized with the activities to develop an execution plan and it iniciates with the training procesess and implmentation of learning metodologies, that allows the execution process to advance in the daily activities that require micro-managers and organizations of micro-entrepreneurals. The subjects that are given and worked are selected based on real requirements of managers using the BPE guide.

The BPES implementation guide have procedures and processes that technicians, directors and management personnel or production groups, micro-managers or producers should follow, considering the following tasks:

 
  • Group participation and performance
  • Administrative Boards and work commisions
  • Management Ability
  • Fullfillment of formal tributary acts
  • Management of accounting records
  • Credit program management
  • Financing
  • Financial and legal solvency
